Wear sports clothing that’s practical, cool and comfy
Only wear trainers to ensure your feet are fully supported
Register before you go into your class, we need to record all usage
Keep hydrated so bring a water bottle with you
Only exercise when feeling well – if still attending please tell the instructor
Use and replace equipment safely – tell us if anything is wrong with the kit
Time – arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts or you may lose your space
