Team Volunteering Days are an easy way to boost team spirit and morale while making a difference to your community and the environment.
No matter the size of your group, Falkirk Community Trust offers a range of conservation activities that are sure to provide your team with a rewarding day. Activities can take place at one of our parks – the Helix, home of the Kelpies; Callendar House; or Muiravonside Country Park – and vary depending on the individual park’s needs, but can include:
- Litter clearance
- Planting
- Path improvement and maintenance
- Control of invasive species
- Digging
- Building insect or other animal habitats.
We provide the tools and the knowledge – one of our experienced parks staff will be on-hand to go over health and safety, provide tool demonstrations, and offer guidance during your team’s volunteering session.
Team Volunteering usually takes place over the course of a day or even a few hours in the morning or the afternoon. However, we are flexible and willing to arrange a date and activity that will best suit your team.
