The successful candidate will be employed by Falkirk Community Trust. The Trust is a charitable company set up by Falkirk Council to deliver culture, library, recreation and sport services on its behalf from 1 July 2011.

We are looking for a creative and passionate marketer to lead Falkirk Community Trust’s marketing and sales team. You’ll be an enthusiastic team player, who thrives in a busy workplace, enjoying a varied workload.

The Trust operates a wide and varied portfolio across arts, culture, heritage, parks, sport & leisure including 5 star attractions The Kelpies and Callendar House as well as FTH Theatre and a range of local venues.

In line with our mission to lead culture and sport to enrich people’s lives in the Falkirk area, an opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Team Leader to join our team. You will be required to devise and deliver a marketing and sales strategy with enormous scope to make a difference to the Falkirk community and impact on the Trust. You will work collaboratively to achieve our revenue targets, increase engagement and share our stories, helping us to raise the profile of our brand.

With robust team management experience, you will also bring proven experience of developing and implementing innovative strategy, policies and projects. You will provide strategic direction to the marketing of the Trust’s venues, programmes, events and commercial activities, developing a range of marketing and communication channels to engage with a diverse audience to drive sales and engagement.

To ensure strategic alignment across the Trust, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and partners.
